Gaby Rodriguez
Vice President, Public Relations and Community Outreach
Gaby Rodriguez serves as Vice President of Public Relations and Community Outreach, leading the agency’s community outreach strategy and implementation. Gaby is known for her ability to engage communities authentically, meeting people where they are both geographically and culturally to create meaningful dialogue in spaces where residents feel comfortable, respected and safe.
Her work is especially impactful among minority populations and seniors, communities that are often hesitant to share feedback or personal information. Through cultural awareness, patience, and genuine relationship-building, Gaby consistently earns trust and encourages participation, helping ensure that community voices are heard and reflected in public projects.
Gaby has led outreach efforts for a wide range of high-profile initiatives, including the RTC On Board High-Capacity and Mobility Plans, the North Las Vegas Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan, and the City of Henderson Eastside Development Strategy and Brownfields Grant, among others. In her role as Public Relations Manager, she has secured media coverage for agency clients, including nonprofit organizations, education providers, large-scale real estate developments, and businesses throughout Nevada and across the country.
Outside of work, Gaby has a lifelong passion for music. She began playing the violin in middle school, where she discovered her love for mariachi music, and performed with mariachi groups for more than a decade. She also enjoys discovering new restaurants with her husband and proudly embraces her favorite role - being “Tía Gaby.”
